Dog Boarding and Day Care:

Please do not book if you do not meet the below criteria as you may be charge for administration fees. We take a 50% non-refundable deposit for dog boarding services to cover administration fees.

All guests must have up to date Canine Flu / Kennel Cough, Lepto, and Parvo vaccinations. These must be administered a minimum of 14 days before your stay. Proof of vaccination is required.

Intact dogs older than 6 months of age cannot board with Tails Will Wag. This is to maintain a safe, clean, and well-managed facility, minimise behavioural issues, and avoid unintended breeding and associated complications.

We cannot accept dogs that are in heat or expected to come into heat.

While all due and reasonable care is taken of your dog while at Tails Will Wag Dog Boarding, boarding is entirely your responsibility. In the event of vet bills or damage to TWW property, these additional costs will be added to your bill upon collection of your pet. If you have pet insurance, please inform us of the details.

Dog Park

There are no restrictions regarding vaccinations or intact dogs etc for the Dog Park
